Garden with Artificial Grass

April 14, 2017 by James Cooper

This small garden on a new development in Ipswich suffered from a devastating attack of Chafer grubs which left the lawn in tatters.  The customer was understandably upset with it’s appearance and called us in for a solution.  Together with a new layout for the garden it was suggested that an artificial lawn should replace the existing grass.  In the past artificial turf had a rather unnatural appearance which spoiled the look of a garden.  New technology has produced some very convincing products which we have used here.

As part of the new section of garden a small summerhouse provides a sunny place to sit and view the garden from a different aspect.  The setts used are smooth granite which blend well with the grey limestone paving.

Once the plants have had a chance to grow we will return for some more photographs.

We hope the new owners of this garden enjoy looking after it as much as we did creating it.
